- Company is constantly going through a re-org, which makes it challenging to learn responsibilities - Not a con, but many executive leaders have left in the last few months (outside of retirement), with no transparency around reasons why - Lack of training materials

Pros

Company is dedicated to diversity in the workplace. Emphasizes volunteerism within the community. Adds to 401K when company has done well. Open PTO time (If your Dept has adequate coverage)

Cons

Promises of Open PTO and 1/2 day "Wellness Days" only work out for Supervisors and Corporate staff. Staff on the front line are denied time off based on 'Business Need" So many Manager in so many meetings...... But no one relays any information to the actual workers. Supposedly dedicated to Diversity but more than willing to harangue staff about time off for Chronic Medical Conditions.
