Company is struggling and it projects onto the culture

Pros

Remote work and flexible time off is helpful. Benefits are pretty good as well. Managers are supportive though they are struggling as well so they can only do so much.

Cons

Company synergy does not exist at the organization - clear goals and direction are not understood or communicated to the staff so everyday seems like a circus. Staff is operating in fear which is difficult to navigate.

Pros

Excellent pay, ability to work from home. CEO put in place last year seems to be doing a good job and is well respected (following "open secret" poor performance by previous CEO).

Cons

Multiple large layoffs in 2024 & 2025; more anticipated. Those who remain feel overwhelmed with extra responsibilities. Departments very siloed and need to collaborate better. Change is slow.
