Work from home option which are slowly going away.

Cons

Lack of basic leadership for the top. Middle managers (VPs & Directors) are horrible to staff. Overworked and long hours for no benefit and sun industry wages is the normal now. Everyone is looking and leaving for better and massive salary increases, then others are expected to cover the open roles so they don’t re-hire. People expecting to cove t the jobs of the 3-4 that hav elect and the random daily tasks that have no point.

My boss is great. Learn a lot. Busy.

Cons

Going through a merger is difficult. CEO and leadership team was hired externally. There is zero company culture. Had more of a community feel before and now it feels more corporate. Leadership is unrelateable.

Health insurance, benefits, and working remote

Cons

Compensation could be a little better but they make up for that in some of the benefits. It’s extremely hard to move up the ladder especially if you are from HPHC. Hiring managers prefer to hire THP since they are familiar with the products and some software. It’s very discouraging when you have the skills and knowledge but there is no carreer growth. If you want to stay stagnant this is the company for you. Look elsewhere to shine. This merger is lopsided and does not benefit employees from HPHC.
