Pros
Solid pay, great benefits, great location, and great colleagues outside of immediate department. Work, Life, Balance for outside departments (not my own)
Cons
Invested several wasted years here attempting to put in effort to build credibility and grow within the company with integrity and diligence. Inconsistent employees (with HR strikes) got promoted while I had more work piled onto my plate. Upper management has zero initiative, spine and understanding on how to successfully run the organization and are only invested in immediate gratification and lining their own pockets prior to their own retirement. Come here for the pay, reap the rewards and do the most minimal amount of work as possible. That’s my advice because hard work will not get you anywhere further. I know of several people that jumped ship for the same reason.
