Company really emphasizes work life balance and encourages employees to take time off as needed

Cons

Politics, silos and inconsistent leadership. Departments do not want to take accountability and are stuck in their L-THP or L-HPHC worlds. The ones who see the best in both are getting burnt out because the legacy folks (mostly HPHC) refuse to adjust their way of thinking.
