      Pros

      Good work/life balance. You can even ask your manager to remove you from a project that demands aggressive results.

      Cons

      Do not expect growth because you have exceeded expectations in multiple projects. If you need to grow, you have to put in the effort on your own and keep looking for it; exceeding expectations in project does not take you to the next level.
