Cons

Constant senior management turnover and hiring of incompetent management team. There was a time when I used to be proud of the company's DEI and ethical standards, not anymore. Not so inclusive hiring standards especially for senior level management. lack of diversity in senior management.

- Work life balance - New leadership seems to have common sense that previous SLT lacked, focused on getting back to financial stability and core member experience - Decent pay, bonuses align with company performance which is fair - Very good work life balance for most employees

Cons

- Leadership changes and re-orgs have been common over the last few years - Previous SLT team lacked any leadership qualities and steered the company in questionable direction, now we’re digging out - Seems layoffs are going to be part of getting to financial stability - Not the best at promoting from within/communicating new internal opportunities

The pay was okay after a few years of getting paid terribly.

Cons

Unethical practices, power hungry staff, poor budgeting, no room for growth, extremely unprofessional behavior, poor communication with staff, bloated manager class, lack of support, discrimination, retaliation, other illegal practices, HR does not care, reporting does not work, insurance and other benefits are terrible and getting worse, layoffs are constant and unexpected. No way to provide honest feedback or concerns directly to those in admin without swift and cruel retaliation. All concerns are 100% honest and could be backed with evidence.
