Started at Harvard Pilgrim, part of Point32. It was an awesome job in their Medicare Advantage dept. LOVED my bosses, fellow coworkers, etc. I took a job on the Tufts side of Point32 to adjust claims. 2 years later they layed me off.

Cons

I was informed my job was eliminated and I was being layed off right before Thanksgiving and the holidays 2023. Although they did give a nice severance, I am still depressed about it. I was hoping they would give me another position, but they didn’t. Only 9 people out of us 35 were put into other positions.
