Good vision, questionable leadership, constant disruption

Pros

Mission driven, non-profit, good people to work with.

Cons

Constant disruption makes it difficult to get a footing and make progress. This started after new CEO was hired after merger and he brought in his own people. Some of them were not strong and ethics were questionable. In an effort to address that, leadership changes and org restructures have been the norm. This makes for a very stressful environment.

The atmosphere and culture this company is phenomenal. Senior leader ship is very transparent and communicative to the employees. I genuinely feel appreciated, if not daily, then definitely weekly.

Cons

I do not have any cons to report in the 19 months I have been employed.
