I love working for Point32Health because they have a good payscale structure and great work life balance. I am able to get my work done without my boss monitoring my every move. I love the trust, honesty and transparency that comes with working with this company.

Cons

A heavy workload for this position. Processes are not smooth for enrollment as I would like.
