I joined the company as a Harvard employee and enjoyed working there. I felt like a part of the company and loved what I did, but today, I can’t wait to leave. The pros are, there are lots of remote opportunities, and beautiful structure in Canton.

Cons

The merger was a bad idea. Work culture is zero. Micromanagement. Overworked and underpaid. Undefined and clear expectations, just piles of workload. Lack of opportunity for internal candidates to grow within the company. They prefer to hire externally to avoid paying more to internal candidates.

My boss is great. Learn a lot. Busy.

Cons

Going through a merger is difficult. CEO and leadership team was hired externally. There is zero company culture. Had more of a community feel before and now it feels more corporate. Leadership is unrelateable.
