      Pros

      The people at Point32Health are great - they support each other and there are excellent opportunities for people of diverse backgrounds. For the most part, my colleagues are the best part about the job.

      Cons

      As a newly formed company, there is a lot of movement and uncertainty. The SLT is almost entirely new and still learning about how to lead this particular company in this particular market. The recent turnover in leadership plus the possibility that some teams may be consolidated/downsized in the coming year means a challenging environment in the near future.
