Pros

Health insurance, benefits, and working remote

Cons

Compensation could be a little better but they make up for that in some of the benefits. It’s extremely hard to move up the ladder especially if you are from HPHC. Hiring managers prefer to hire THP since they are familiar with the products and some software. It’s very discouraging when you have the skills and knowledge but there is no carreer growth. If you want to stay stagnant this is the company for you. Look elsewhere to shine. This merger is lopsided and does not benefit employees from HPHC.

-Team members are great -Plenty of opportunity to learn and grow - Working from Home flexibility

Cons

-Work environment is really hard to navigate right now with the merger/combination of THP and HP. At times it seems very unclear on direction. -Lots of changes within the organization, so clear definition of roles, responsibilities and expectations is a challenge.
