Pros

Benefits are great, I enjoy most of the people I work with, and flexible workspace ie fully remote, hybrid, or office, access to a gym with women/mens locker rooms and a great personal trainers along with it who offer in person and virtual trainings.

Cons

Poor accountability and ownership across teams, some individuals have god complexes which makes working with difficult, salaried employees get unlimited vacation where admins/execs have to punch in/punch out everyday and are discouraged from working overtime, and our vacation is accrued each pay period and is based on your level within the company.

Allows staff to work from home. If you network more job opportunities open up since it's extremely cliquey

Cons

Senior management promotes the philosophy to keep working while in the merger but they are not transparent about day to day changes in the organization including the layoffs and pay rate changes.
