Slow to change and react as an organization

Unethical practices, power hungry staff, poor budgeting, no room for growth, extremely unprofessional behavior, poor communication with staff, bloated manager class, lack of support, discrimination, retaliation, other illegal practices, HR does not care, reporting does not work, insurance and other benefits are terrible and getting worse, layoffs are constant and unexpected. No way to provide honest feedback or concerns directly to those in admin without swift and cruel retaliation. All concerns are 100% honest and could be backed with evidence.
