      Excellect company culture, beautiful offices, very good compensation and benefits, amazing opportunities for professional development

      Cons

      Very fast paced and innovative with high expectations, if you aren't a fast learner and highly adaptive you won't last here. It's a hedge fund so be prepared for some serious egos, but generally speaking the people are quite nice. They don't have a CFO, so it sometimes feels like central coordination/strategy is lacking to the back office finance function.

      I value my new employer so much!

      Cons

      1. Some managers just LIE in your face and laughing at how they can keep lying! 2. Too many useless meetings eat developers focus time, 3. Company is cutting costs as crazy, save on people and technologies. 4. Salary and bonuses was very good when i joined, but not anymore. 5. You may have to work absolutely not at the projects somewhat near you were promised when you were interviewed. No one cares what are your professional interests and specialization.
