Pros
Insurance for self and family is amazing. Weekly massage in office. Weekly lunch in office. Great people with little to no office politics. Smart people. Great mix of youth and experienced hires. Good compensation.
Cons
No clear progression. New CTO keeps firing and bringing his Goldman ex-colleagues. No recognition of work unless you are in USA. Heavy focus to grow in India for cost-savings but inevitably reduced efficiency and output.
