      A busy time but a very educational one.

      Pros

      There was a lot of independence developing whether you like that or not. I also had some opportunities to advise on transactions which was nice.

      Cons

      They expect a lot of you even as an intern and it can be a lot of pressure when you're working on something individually and can't quite reach their standards.
