Great culture and flexibility, but could be better

- Hybrid work arrangement and flexible hours - You will be exposed to working across different domains and industries - Company offers trainings and certifications - Good culture and environment with coworkers - HMO is decent

Cons

- Pay is decent at the start, but mid to senior pay is lower than other companies - Most managers are good to work with, but some are micromanagers or too obsessed with using AI in places it should not be - HR keeps trying to force people to socialize - People usually work here as a first job then move on to other companies, so expect transitions and resignations occasionally
