- Focus majorly Only on BFSI projects - Highly process oriented, some times it creates difficulty to follow process resulting in delaying the work.

1. The level of domain knowledge is superior to most competitors. High level of IP and product portfolio. 2. You generally get a high level of autonomy when doing your job. There are frameworks available but there is room to be creative and innovative. 3. Quite a few genuinely competent SMEs in Polaris that you can learn from.

Cons

1. The support systems need to be scaled up to support the present rapid growth. 2. In many ways its like working for a startup .. you have to be self motivated and develop a network of likeminded people. 3. Infrastructure needs scaling up as well.
