Great experience gained but job ended on a sour note.

Pros

Good benefits and pension plan after six years of service (now it's eight years of service).

Cons

Paid bi-weekly, dealing with some incompetent managers and staff members , no praise given for your hard work, no job growth potential unless you kiss butt or find another job and no raises given to employees due to budget cuts from 2009 to present but upper management got raises despite the economy.

Great benefits, pto, schedule, and stability

Cons

Perfect for conservative boomers who live to stay with a company for 30+ years just to retire. Very old fashioned, no encouragement or incentive for improving one’s skills, management is not receptive to change or feedback even if it is for the betterment of the workplace.
