- Unprofessional and very disrespectful co-workers
- One of their managers where I worked is quite young and behaves that way to everyone. She's frequently getting in trouble with higher-ups.
- High expectations when serving in a large dining room alone as a server(you'd have to clean tables and floors , serve food, help guests, clean the bathrooms, restock sauces and endless tasks at the same time). If not everything is managed by yourself, they will be quite dissapointed and judgemental.
- They have "No-tipping" signs on the walls. Although you're paid normal hourly wages, customers should be able to pay whatever they want.
- Poor training, with miscommunication and derogatory comments made based on your confusion.
- Low staff most of the time
