cheerful enviornment, but only because of the employees.

Cons

Extremely unorganized, they had managers making promises to employees that they had no actual authority to make. Promises, that were never kept. MAnagers with NO real leadership qualities; it was a crap storm.

Outside of Miami market, upper leadership demands more than reasonable, from hourly employees and managers. Pay does not match the requirements if the job.

Need to promote within more Do all raises and evaluations on time it can take 3 months or more for your raise to show Did not receive a raise for a year and a half HR did nothing about it DM shows favoritism to certain Managers You are a problem if you discuss anything I mean anything with HR! Overworked no incentives or conferences for Assistant Managers They put together a joke of a company picnic to pretend that they care They will do and say anything to keep from giving you a raise Do not work here at all High turnover and you won' t be appreciated
