Cons
Good intentions bad way about going through with it. As a Crew Leader what would normally be 40hrs has been up to 70 hours in some cases. Impossible expectations are set. I've seen other managers and employees have little break downs from the stress and rest deprived. A change of Regional Director caused an extreme shortage of Managers. Those of that remain are barely holding on and have to work longer hours. Company demands high quality and their numbers to be perfect but reduce labor and cut back of spending. I've been to seven different stores and it's all the same sad reality. Stores are short staffed, it's a lot of work for very little pay. There is a lot of chaos occurring within. Make this your last resort.
