      Pros

      I had one, and only one, manager I felt was fair and decent.

      Cons

      Employees' and managers' overall attitudes, it was very cliquish, no co-operation among employees. I have been in the restaurant business many years and have never encountered such a hostile work environment.

      Managers are very flexible with hours, 50% off discount, Good food, Simple tasks, Job was really fun during the first few weeks

      Cons

      Night shifts are stressful because managers are almost always in a bad mood by the end of the day. Staff never looks happy, mainly because of management and the overall work environment The restaurant is always severely understaffed and it ends up being a problem when everyone gets paid differently and those who get paid least have to do the work of three people every night. Because of all the cuts in employees, hours became a problem for everyone, with some people getting scheduled only one day a week. Just a difficult environment for anyone to work in. It seems like everyone's always stressed so it's really hard to have fun while you're there.

      Pros

      It has great 50% off discounts, the coworkers are very friendly, you get to improve your social skills as well as your hands on learning experience there.

      Cons

      -Can be painstakingly stressful on a few busy days. -The customers may get angry if you don't prepare the food for them on time -Having to work for more than one position.
