Pros
Free food while working. Discounted meal. Weekly pay. Paid vacation and thats about it. The work is too much especially for the grill and prep person.
Cons
Managers exploit employees. Too much work for the wages given. Managers try to make you do the work that corresponds to them. This job is really for desperate people. stay the hell away unless you wanna work like a slave with very little social life and little pay. The ones who are making the profit are the managers who work way less and easier than the employees. Never again will i work here again, no matter how desperate i am.
