Pros
They do not care about anything but bottom line. Never been treated so badly by any company in my 25 years in restaurants. This was in the Texas market. Starting in August 2014 they opened 4 new stores with in a 25 mile radius with about 10 to 18 managers and only 5 remain only after 6 months. none of which were fired. Even the district mangers quit only after 4 mos. Telling us that all the new stores will show an immediate profit. to show their stock holders. Any one who knows anything about healthy restaurant growth knows immediate profit for a new restaurant isn't possible. They would make us lie to employees promise them schedules and pay and then not follow through. The new store I opened is now doing at least half if not less in sales since it opened 7 mos ago,(got my info from current managers) while all other restaurants around them remain busy. Don't take care of your emps they wont take care of the customers which in turn makes unhappy stock holders
