Need to promote within more Do all raises and evaluations on time it can take 3 months or more for your raise to show Did not receive a raise for a year and a half HR did nothing about it DM shows favoritism to certain Managers You are a problem if you discuss anything I mean anything with HR! Overworked no incentives or conferences for Assistant Managers They put together a joke of a company picnic to pretend that they care They will do and say anything to keep from giving you a raise Do not work here at all High turnover and you won' t be appreciated

Corporate and management team needs to realize this is a different market and Caribbean food need to be promote to create brand awareness. If not is doom for failure
