      Stressful, but good experience for students

      Pros

      Good initial work experience if you're a highschool student. Pretty easy to get a part time job if you're a student with flexible hours

      Cons

      Extremely stressful work environment during peak times I've worked at three locations and each suffered from the same issue of being understaffed. As a drive-thru cashier, you will usually work alone and be required to take orders, receive cash, fill drinks, and occasionally prepare food simultaneously Unlimited sauce policy means that in addition to your workload, you also have to manually fill individual sauce containers regularly This restaurant is very popular in Miami so the drive-thru is always busy

      Cons

      Working 50 hr. plus, running of food, poor customer service, Horrible District Managers, Bad OJE training for managers. Don't advise anyone to leave their job for this company.

      Pros

      High volume restaurant with plenty of labor hours, the new regional, district and training managers are insanely dedicated. I’m in training and I feel like I have a family of support. Benifits are good, bonus structure is fantastic and achievable. They increased my starting pay 5k over my old company.. which is a very nice compensation.

      Cons

      Regular employee pay is low and it makes it hard to find good hard working help for that kind of pay. Need to fix that ASAP
