      It's a weekly paycheck at best

      Disorganized, everything done last minute from corporate, assistant managers go years without evaluation for pay raises, horrible managers, not enough managers to cover vacation days, no payroll for training hourly employees, poor manager retention, management training is horrible, company stock plummeting. The list goes on...

      Flexible hours, easy to get hired... Nothing else.

      Cons

      - The managers are terrible. They feel they are above everyone else. The first thing they told me is that I couldn't grab a plate to get food (on my lunch break) because I had to pay half of the meal's value first. Then I saw all the managers just grabbing food and not paying for it... While I was paying for it! Things like this happen every day. - Low salary
