I lost around 8 weeks of vacation time from this company. They would keep refusing my vacation on the grounds of not having enough coverage in our district. But would allow certain other managers in the same district their vacation without hassle.
Company will change policy and procedures sometimes with little to no communication and then wonder why you are not following them.
They have policy in place that you can not close then open the next day but there is no enforcement of it. Same with opening and closing the store in the same day. They had me open a store an hour away then close my home store same day. Will not pay travel time or care of the hour drive.
There is no regard to time off. In their eyes you are salary and are on the clock 24/7 including holidays. You will get calls texts from upper management asking for little things in which they could call the store to get the information from the MOD.
Upper management is a complete joke. District and above have no clue on what's going on. Call them for advice or questions you get hit with a call your fellow managers in the district and ask them. Or you get put to voicemail which the box is always full.
Anything you do will never be enough or thanked.
401k is only matched at 50% and will deposit the money once a year not weekly. Other benefits are the same as everywhere else.
Labor costs is at a minimum. Be expected to fill 8-10 positions with 5 people and somehow have under 3 minute drive thru time and under 4 front counter time.
