Cons
Poor Leadership which has led to poor work culture. It appears great, but it’s a facade when you look behind the curtain. Constant hiring and firing (layoffs) due to irresponsible planning and no follow-through on direction or plans. Changing priorities would be one thing, but pivoting the direction of the company multiple times leading to frequent layoffs is another.
