They know how to take care of business here. The CEO doesn’t take anybody’s crap but is receptive to creating an environment where anyone can succeed as long as they put in the leg work. It’s a great firm all around due to its leadership, culture and from what you can learn by working here.

Great people and staff and pays well.

Cons

Not as organized in terms of structure so new people may have a tough time adjusting. But once the adjustment period is over, then it should be smooth sailing. Better to have a lot of experience when joining.
