Company with lots of upside! Some problems in upper management.

Pros

One of the best companies I personally have been privileged to work at. The department I'm in is great! Good people to work with. I also appreciate their approach of "trust unless proven un-trustworthy." It is a very open and free organization. No micro-management in my experience. They also have some great benefits!

Cons

It may seem that the company can use talented people for their own purposes and then say goodbye for no reason other then they accomplished what they hired them to do.

Pros

Doesn't matter what department/skill set you have, all ideas are welcomed. Nice to work in a "family-first" environment. Very fast-paced environment with an emphasis on teamwork.

Cons

As the company is growing rapidly, lack of communication between departments is standard. Sometimes job responsibilities overlap creating redundancy on projects.

Fun office environment, endless opportunities for vertical advancement in a growing industry, competitive pay, travel options available, flexible & understanding work scheduling, youthful office culture

Cons

Long weekend hours sometimes required on special projects (but not without agreement to take the project on), and like any company, communication could be improved
