Pros

Lots of ways to move up in the company if you show up and apply yourself. Fast growing company with a proven track record of growth over the last 20 years. You will get out of it what you put into it.

Cons

Very busy and long hours during the spring. Sometime I would like to actually enjoy the spring.

Pros

Environment and management were very helpful. Management gave you a task and expected you to do it without them looking over your shoulder.

Cons

Benefits don't kick in until you have been there 3 months or a year. Pay is god for the work that you do, but it is not something that you can support a family on.
