      So poorly managed from production to office staff. They don’t pay enough to keep good employees.

      None. Pay too low for the work that’s expected Benefits are too expensive. Best pro is cheap Chinese products. Free parking but not close to the building

      Cons

      Everything Managers are clueless as to how their employees feel and don’t care. I would suggest they ask them Quit micromanaging. You hired adults. Let them do their jobs
