Pros

Discount on product. The xheese soup

Cons

Low production wage for the stress and work expected. Been here 3 years only at 11.00 hour. HR is a joke. No one looks out for employees. This Company will break your spirit. I cant wait to leave. I hate going to work everyday. Moral is low

Pros

If you really need overtime they got you covered on that. So much some people work 7 days a week with no time off.

Cons

Management is really disconnected from their employees. Sales team does not care how much work you have. Anyone bound to work on the floor that are below manager level barely makes a livable wage. Starting off you make about 10 dollars an hour which is good if the economy was back in 2005. Promotions are next to impossible to get. If you understand your job down to the engineering side of it they force you to do that job with out the pay adjustment because they do not want to hurt the budget of their own department. HR department is disconnected from what employee needs are truly. If you get a day off for labor day, or fourth of July they punish you by making you work the following weekend. Thanksgiving they literally only give you Thanksgiving day off and demand you come in the following day. They refuse to give you the proper tools for the job. Took me a long time to get the proper tools for the job I do. They tell you to work second or first but that is subjective to their needs and will change your work hours and cut your pay grade. Their average work week is 58-70 hours a week monday-saturday. I do not remember the last time I had a saturday off. My employers have my personal Cellphone number and call me 24/7 for problems to the point at home I get about 3-4 hours of sleep a day. When I choose not to answer my phone I am in trouble for not doing so. They sometimes randomly demand you work a weekend about 4 hours before you punch out. Then write you up if you do not show up. Management bullies you in a way you cannot really report it because it is legal bullying. The days I do not show up into work the departments I fix things are screwed. I get zero time off when requested. I have the option to request it but it is 99% of the time denied to the point I had to burn through all my sick days. Granted this is only what I have been getting for the past 7 years. Your results may vary.

Pros

Reasonable base pay for office staff, standard top five holidays paid off, some areas have flexibility in shift adjustments & you can take PTO in 15 minute increments. A comparable health benefit package, and some retirement savings matching. Onsite cafe for one building out of the four in the complex, but vending in the other areas.

Cons

Parking is a challenge for anything other than first shift in relation to the employee entrances. Profit sharing doesn't exist any more. Staff input is not acted on for even basic items. Management is completely disconnected from the staff & day to day processes.
