      Pros

      Small company. The management knows most of the people. Diversified team and culture. A small scale international company. Maybe good for those who want to acquire this kind of experience.

      Cons

      Not well organized. Chaotic and management only look for self interest. They are not under policy. They can do whatever they want with favoritism.

      As a Global Account Manager i have to work at night shift to coordinate with our overseas team in USA
