so coworkers are friendly and willing to help

do not get compensated enough. no raises or reviews. really ahead to advance in the company. depending on the department there is a lot of favoritisms. if you are a hard working individual they will pile work on you , but other coworkers will do the bare minimum or no work at all and get paid .
