The Human Resources Manager does not know how to manage or retain and will take undue advantage of her power to make you take on more and more work with no pay increase. Always feels like walking on eggshells as you might be fired at any moment. If you ask about your compensation/raise, you will receive a corrective action. No increments for white collars and expected to work overtime with no pay. Unfair manipulating and narcissistic senior leadership which only care of the money
