Opportunity to develop and build validation department, procedures and performance. Building a strong equipment management process for calibration and preventative maintenance compliance. Working with medical device parameters.

I'm sorry you didn't have a positive experience. Unfortunately, not all situations work out for us, our business, and or for our people. I wish you the best of luck in the future.

Pros

Collaborative atmosphere. Good work-life balance. Interesting projects. Company encourages innovation, sharing ideas to improve processes, and the work environment. Company gets lots of new equipment every year to add capabilities, and replace anything needed to make sure we see can what the chemistry is doing and solve problems fast. They have lots of customers and lots of projects, so there is great stability for capable chemists. Being a private company they can make decisions to support employees and customer needs without worrying about the stock.

Cons

Projects can be fast-paced, so that can be challenging if you aren't reacdy for it
