Good training for new people, entry level jobs especially. Supportive managers.

Have good benefits for employees, better salary than comparable jobs for the work that was required. The people are so friendly; I enjoyed my time there. It’s a small company. They have a good focus on the quality of their products...we had yearly audits by outside companies, and internal process checks.
