Pros

It is a family environment and everybody is great to work with. They are lenient work life balance.

Cons

They do not pay enough for the amount of work you go through everyday. Communication and getting help is never on Par.

They will employ you and pay you.

Cons

Everything else. Most people think CompuCom is bad. Nope definitely Pomeroy. You'll never get a raise, they tell everyone (we'll get back to you) they don't. They'll never work with you on anything. Just ghost you on replies. Even when they sell things to customers they do it wrong and backhand ways to charge extra.
