      Pros

      Steady work, never felt my job was on the line. Good PTO. Good coworkers Was hired despite lack of experience, or being fresh out of school

      Cons

      Management lied so much, that it could almost be said "if their lips are moving they're lying." Favoritism was shown, then mgmt denied it. Also management made decisions to increase workload without any kind of compensation. To make more money for Pomeroy and themselves. Unrealistic expectations of SLA

      Pros

      Amenities are suitable, snack shop and small gym provided. 1 hour lunch is adequate.

      Cons

      Incompetent management with shoddy communication skills. Motivational talks from upper-level staff were stolen from cheesy 2000s sports films. Nonsensical and impractical. Rampant favoritism.
