Low pay for the amount of work, Hostile managers and coworkers, and Short staffed most of the time

management is consistently pushing back on any hiring need and wanting every employee to do the work of 3 FTE's. consistently cutting salary's and bonuses due to poor business plans. They take over contacts cut all existing employees or offer them a fraction of their hourly rate then post pictures of the CEO's, CFO's and VP's on Yachts and enjoying their ridiculous bonuses they received from their slave labor. Have seen tons of lay offs while I have been at Pomeroy and there is no end in sight.
