      Great for getting your foot in the door. Supportive Middle Management. Most required tasks are easily research-able. Great work/life balance.

      Cons

      Pay is under the industry average. No chance of a non-promotional pay raises, regardless of merit or milestones. Apathetic Upper Management/Executives. High Turnover in both all roles.

      - Lower pay than similar positions, especially with the amount of metrics they monitor. - More of a customer service than a technical support job. - Phone staff is overworked and underappreciated.

      Steady work, never felt my job was on the line. Good PTO. Good coworkers Was hired despite lack of experience, or being fresh out of school

      Cons

      Management lied so much, that it could almost be said "if their lips are moving they're lying." Favoritism was shown, then mgmt denied it. Also management made decisions to increase workload without any kind of compensation. To make more money for Pomeroy and themselves. Unrealistic expectations of SLA
