      Pros

      UK side has only a couple of Contracts, mainly working shifts with nights, more a starter type IT job.

      Cons

      Holidays can be an issue as you need to have covered. As everyone wants nights off you can end up doing 6 or 8 nights in a row if on shift. You're basically a contractor to the site you are deployed in it and it feels that way, carrying out repeated tasks. No career progression just maybe moving to another client site.
