They will pay you 1/3 of what they charge a company for your skill set. I was paid 13hr found out they was charging the other company 40hr for my service. No raises or bonuses Stay away at all cost unless you really need a job. Also if you like to suck up good place for you if you lack skill set.

Does not value its staff. No raises, no bonuses. Often does not promote from within. Management is a complete mess and detached from daily operations. HR Department is useless and unless you have friends within, you aren't getting anywhere in this company. Worse of all, middle-management staffing and below wages are no where near competitive. They have far too much headcount turn-over and can't seem to understand the obvious. Morale is very low and management simply doesn't care.
