      Pros

      The contract account I work on is awesome. I couldn't ask for a better environment to work in. The people are very nice and easy going at Pomeroy and my direct management team is great. Great education program.

      Cons

      Pay is at or near the bottom of the local averages and raises are nonexistent. Health insurance is expensive and and coverage is probable at the legal minimum.
