Work life balance is amazing. You can work any shift. Managers are understanding for the most part. The people are awesome and the pay is alright.

Cons

I have been working on this account for over two years now and the communication between shifts has become nonexistent. It is extremely difficult to get any feedback from the desk manager. It's even harder to get a response. I can only speak from my account, but it seems like all the promotions were awarded even before the interview process began.
